Corpus Fund
The amount collected under this fund is handed over to residents association / society and a service company, which assures major maintenance of Roads, Streetlights, Clubhouse etc. It even includes the paint works for the common areas and if possible for elevation as resident's association decides.
Rs 50 per sft is the standard rate charged for this fund.

PMS Team
At Andal Homes, property sold is always a property maintained. The fair and professional services of property resale, payment of bills concerned to water, common electricity, and salaries for guards, gardeners, rent collection, landscaping and house keeping of common areas and round the clock security services is maintained by PMS Team under Society / Residence Association supervision.
The standard rate charged under the monthly fee is as per Rs. 1800 for 222, 245, 267 sq plot villas and Rs. 2,500 for above 300 and 400 sq plot villas.
